My services are tailored to what my clients have been telling me they actually need for the past 2 years since the pandemic. Less “stuff” and more of what they need- design time how they want to use it.
I believe in providing you with options and transparency from the start. So the choice is yours as to how you want to collaborate and for how long. You can always add more hours later if you need them. Add on a render or concept board to any design time collaboration if you need one.
You are style savvy, and you have a beautiful mind full of incredible ideas- but you need my expert help to put them all together to create a cohesive design plan that makes sense for your home. Depending on your communication and project needs you are in complete control of how much or how little we collaborate together on a schedule that works best for you.

With this 20-hour retained "design time" service, you can get expert design advice whenever you need it, save time and money by avoiding design mistakes. Ask all your deign questions as they come up with this 20-hour of retained design time service option.
You're in charge of your design time! If you need a helping hand while working on DIY projects, want suggestions for home decor shopping, or have any questions while working on projects at home, I'm here to help you out!
Sometimes you aren’t just working on one room but you have questions about a variety of design topics, that’s what this service was designed for.
All those miscellaneous design questions. Everything from new construction, when you purchase a new home, or updates around your house you’ve been sitting on for years. Ask away!
Here are some questions I get:
Q: “What art should go in this room?”
Q“Which wallpaper should I put in this bathroom?”
Q“What paint color do you think works best in here?”
A: I’ll send you 3-5 options for you to choose from that I think will work great in your space.
Q: Can you select finishes, fixtures, or lighting for my new construction house?
A: Yes! Just tell me where you are located and I’ll do my best to source locally for you as I curate your custom design selections.
Take me shopping with you! Video chat your way through a virtual (or in-person) shopping trip.
Communication:
I understand that everyone has their preferred method of communication, which is why I offer a range of options to suit your needs. You can choose to communicate with me through my personalized design chat portal, email, text messaging, or social media messenger. Whatever your preference may be, I am here to make it easy for you to reach me.
You can message me with all your burning design questions whenever you think of them, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible during business hours on Monday-Friday.
Want to use a couple of hours for video and in-person calls? Let’s schedule a video chat during your design time. Typical video sessions, 1 hr, 2, hrs, and 5-hour sessions.
RENDERS:
This service doesn’t include a render (unless otherwise indicated during the project and counts towards 20 hr billed time).
Renders may be added on to any “Design Time” service for an additional fee.

Let’s discuss, validate, and collaborate on all those beautiful design ideas you’ve got floating around in your mind right now that are preventing you from making a decision! Sometimes all it takes is 1 hour to talk it through.
Send more info about your design questions 24 hours prior to our video call by completing the questionnaire after you book your session. I’ll prepare my expert advice to review with you during our session and steer you in the right direction so you can finally make some decisions and complete your projects!
