As someone who loves to decorate their home, I am always on the lookout for easy and affordable ways to spruce up a room. As a serial redecorator I’m constantly changing up the vibe in my home, especially in the spaces that I spend most of my time, like my home office.
You may have seen the bold flower wallpaper I have been sporting as my social backdrop over the past year. Well unfortunately that paper wasn’t holding up so well. So I decided it was time to find another option and give it a fresh look going into 2024.
After meeting the wonderful ladies of Ayara home at the Vacation Rental Designer Summit in the spring of this year. I absolutely loved their quality of wallpaper (we’ll get to that later) and the beautiful designs. They work with independent artists that craft incredibly unique patterns.
That's why I was excited to try out Ayara Home's peel and stick wallpaper. One of the things I appreciated about Ayara Home's wallpaper is the variety of designs they offer. I had such a hard time choosing the wallpaper I wanted to use in my office because truly have so many beautiful prints. From bold prints to subtle textures, there's something for every taste.
When it came time to install the wallpaper, I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the process was. The peel and stick design meant that I didn't need any messy glue or special tools. I’ve installed a lot of peel and stick wallpaper in my day and I’ve found it so difficult to unstick sometimes. Like it litterally wouldn’t come off the backing or would peel off in chunks (like my last paper). And when you do get it unstuck and the back sticks to itself. GAME OVER.
I have also always used a role of paper and with Ayara they provide you with precut sheets that fit your wall height. Brillant! If you haven’t ever done this it makes it so efficient to grab a panel and line it up.
The wallpaper went up smoothly and seamlessly, and I was able to put up the panels in a quarter of the time it took me last time because it was truly such a dream to work with.
