HOW TO ARRANGE PILLOWS FOR YOUR LIVING ROOM SOFA

Add life by using a plant or floral. This can be real or faux. Use a low decor piece like driftwood or a long bowl in the center to connect the outer decor pieces and showcase the artwork or mirror. Choose a piece of art, photography or a mirror that speaks to your personal taste. This is the perfect place to showcase your personality and style. Bring in height on one side of the arrangement with a tall vase or a pair of canisters. These can be neutral or tie in your color palette.

Add a pop of color using books or decorative boxes. This will also add texture to the arrangement. Add a decorative mirror hung off to one side so you can layer a smaller frame in front of it. This will trick the eye into thinking there is a visual balance even thought the mirror is off centered. Ad a framed piece of art or a family picture sitting on the mantle in front of the mirror This will add depth to the arrangement and a personal touch. Add a tall vase with greenery to add life to the arrangement. This will also balance out the mirror being off center to add similar height to both sides of the mantle and move your eye across the horizontal arrangement.
